A page displays a range of content types; text, images, video and more. It is built using content blocks which can be reordered and adjusted to suit any design.
Create a page
You can create an unlimited number of pages and save them in your Asset Store.
To create:
- From the burger menu, choose Get creative> Create a page.
- With the builder open, click Save.
- Type a title into the field, and click Confirm
- Your page is saved to your Asset Store.
Add a block
A page is built using blocks to add content. They are aligned on a page in the required order. An unlimited number of blocks can be added.
To add:
- Click Add Content to reveal the block options.
- Click, hold and drag the tile to position a block on a page.
- Release the mouse button to confirm the location.
The thick blue bar confirms the position where the block will be located.
Reorder blocks
Blocks added to a page can be reordered in two ways:
To reorder:
- Click the up and down arrows on a block to move a block one position at a time.
Or, - Click, hold, and drag your mouse to move a block into position.
Align blocks side-by-side
Two blocks can be aligned next to each other.
To align:
- Click and hold the block from the top menu.
- Drag to the side of an existing block (left or right).
- A thick blue bar indicates where the block will be added.
- Release the mouse button to confirm the location.
When in position, by default each block will be the same width. This is adjustable, and one block can be made bigger than the other.
To adjust:
- Click the block once - a blue border will show it is highlighted
- Click and hold in the corner of the block
- Drag your mouse left or right to adjust the block's size.
- Release the mouse button to confirm the new size.
A maximum of two blocks can be aligned side by side.
Change block properties
Each content block has individual properties which control its appearance and function.
To change:
- Click the block once - a blue border will show it is highlighted.
- Click Properties to open the sidebar.
