Approvals are a rating method used to quickly assess work with a standard Red, Amber, Green (RAG) scale. They can be used on a capability block or asset page.
Page Approval
A page approval can be added to any individual page, or for a portfolio or workbook, the overall asset. Different uses are possible, but typically three levels are used:
- Level 1 - An assessor gives an approval.
- Level 2 - Another (senior) assessor dis/agrees with the first assessor's rating.
- Level 3 - An independent (external) assessor validates level 1 and 2 assessment.
To view:
- From the Asset Store, or with the asset open, click the i icon to open the info panel.
- Click Feedback to open the panel.
- The Level 1/ 2 / 3 approval is shown, with any comment (optional).

Capability Approval
A capability approval is used by an assessor to provide verification on a capability block.
To view:
- From the Asset Store, open the asset and scroll to the capability block.
- An icon indicates what the approval rating is - Red, Amber or Green.
- Click the icon to see details in the feedback sidebar.
