You can share an asset from your Asset Store with ATLAS. This will give your assessors access to your work to provide you with comments, feedback and grades.
What is sharing with ATLAS?
All the assets you create or upload into your Asset Store in Pebble+ are private. Nobody else can view, comment or edit any of your work unless you choose to share.
Sharing with ATLAS is how your assessors access your work to provide feedback or grades. An asset must be submitted to the correct place.
- Workspace - typically corresponds with a course title or module code
- Assignment - typically corresponds with an assignment name
Restrictions may apply on certain assignments:
- Date of acceptance - can only be submitted between specified dates.
- Number of submissions - is limited to a designated quantity of assets.
- Type of asset - must be a specified asset, e.g. workbook or multimedia file

- Choose With ATLAS from the list.
- Click the workspace to send the asset.
- Choose the assignment to send the asset (only where multiple assignments are enabled)

An asset shared with ATLAS can be removed by you. By doing, the asset will no longer be visible to your assessors.

- From the Asset Store, scroll to the asset
- Click the Shared with [1] workspace icon
- In the sidebar, scroll to the Workspaces shared to section
- Click the Remove submission button
- Read the submission Removal statement and click Confirm
- The asset's status will indicate when the asset has been removed from ATLAS
An asset cannot be removed from an assignment if the deadline is already passed.
When the Remove submission button isn't shown, the assignment is set to prevent any removal.
