Hours or Points can be added to an asset to provide a summary of either the amount of time or credit gained from completing an activity, experience or event.

What are Hours & Points?

Hours and Points are used to attach a value to an asset, and particularly useful when using an Activity Log. Typically, for achievements, events or experiences:

• Hours – represent the time it took to do
• Points – represent the credit weighting

Using Hours and Points is optional, and can be used individually or together.

Add Hours or Points

Hours & points can be added to any asset type, except an Activity Log.

To add:

1. From the Asset Store, or with the asset open, click the i icon to open the info sidebar.
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll to Hours & Points.
3. Click Add hours or Add points.
   
   
   
   
4. Enter the value you want to record.
5. Click Confirm.

Auto-calculate table

A template can use a table to capture time or numbers (points) and auto-calculate the total value entered. This sum can be passed to the asset's hours and points in the information sidebar.
