Taking a copy of an asset creates an independent duplicate with the same content. It's useful when you have similar work for different audiences or purposes. 

Take a copy

You can make a copy of any asset type saved in your Asset Store. Copies must be made one at a time, not in bulk.

To copy:

1. In the Asset Store, tick the asset.
2. From I want to... choose Copy.
   
   
   
   
3. In the modal, the new title is confirmed. Rename here if required.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click Copy item. The new asset is saved to your Asset Store.

The copied asset will duplicate the content of the original.

The copied asset will not retain links if the original has been shared.
